Machine Operator- Production Associate- Shelbyville, KY

$20.09/hour for day shift

IPL in Shelbyville, KY is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our dynamic team. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Inspect products for quality standards—check for flaws, blemishes, discoloration, burn marks, and warping.
• Assemble components (feet, cor-plugs, card holders) according to quality plans.
• Perform embossing when required and verify stamp quality.
• Package and stack products per supervisor instructions.
• Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule 
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Must follow safe work practices and wear required PPE.
